Performance presented in the lobby of Quai 5160. In recent years, 5ilience has dedicated itself to creating spaces for wonder and dialogue by sharing the unique repertoire of the reed quintet and collaborating with emerging composers.

Andrew Cyrille • 5ilience

In the first part, 5ilience, Quebec’s first reed quintet, offers a program full of contrasts with works by Nico Muhly, Niloufar Nourbakhsh, Ufuk Biçak, and Abraham Gómez. Thanks to a unique combination of reed instruments, 5ilience has developed a sound palette that is as versatile as it is original.

La virée classique OSM

During this 10th edition of the OSM’s Virée classique, the 5ilience reed quintet invited you to an outdoor concert on the Scène Sainte-Catherine in front of Complexe Desjardins.

Festival de Lanaudière : "Hors les murs"

Concert in the “Hors les murs” series organized by the Festival de Lanaudière at the Alchimiste Microbrasserie.

"If I could ground myself"

Opening concert for the quintet, which built a program around a single theme: our relationship with time. The program featured three Quebec premieres and two creations by composers Simon Bourget and Romain Camiolo.
